At the end of 2017 we named Aladino our Cigar of the Year. So the question for JRE Tobacco was, "How do you follow that up?" The answer is Aladino Maduro.
Available in four sizes, three of which are box pressed. They are Robusto (5 x 50), Cazador (6 x 46) and Toro (6 x 50). The lone cigar to not receive the box press is the Elegante which measures 7 x 38.
It's a medium to full bodied cigar featuring a San Andres Maduro wrapper over binder and fillers that are 100% Authentic Corojo grown in Honduras by the Eiroa family.
These cigars have notes that consist of a fruit like sweetness giving it a classic Maduro profile with touches of mocha, coffee, and earth.
The Cigar Authority calls them box-worthy and they may even be an early contender for the 2018 Cigar of the Year.
